By accessing polarlightstudio.com or engaging with Polar Light Studio ("we," "us," "our") regarding game submissions or partnerships, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Website Use

This website is provided for informational purposes. You may browse, share links, and use the information presented here for legitimate purposes. You may not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use automated tools to scrape or collect data
  • Misrepresent your affiliation with Polar Light Studio
  • Use our branding without permission

Game Submissions and Ideas

When you submit a game, concept, or idea to us:

  • You confirm you have the legal right to share this material
  • You understand that ideas, concepts, and game mechanics are generally not protectable as trade secrets or confidential information unless a separate NDA is signed
  • We will not claim ownership of submitted material unless a formal agreement transfers those rights
  • We may be working on similar concepts independently; submission does not create an obligation to compensate you for similar work we develop

We act in good faith. We will not steal your work or misrepresent our intentions. However, the game development space has overlapping ideas, and we need legal clarity to operate.

Intellectual Property

"Polar Light Studio," our logo, and original content on this website are our intellectual property. Our games, including their code, art, and design, are protected by applicable laws.

You retain ownership of your submissions unless and until a formal agreement transfers rights. Any such transfer will be documented in writing with clear terms.

Partnership Agreements

The partnership models described on our website (acquisition, revenue share, collaboration, from scratch) are general frameworks. Actual terms are negotiated individually and formalized in written agreements before work begins.

No partnership exists until both parties sign a formal agreement. Discussions and preliminary negotiations do not create binding obligations.

Confidentiality

Casual discussions about game concepts are not automatically confidential. If you require confidentiality protections before sharing detailed information, request a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before disclosure.

Roblox Platform

Our games operate on Roblox. Your use of our games is also subject to Roblox's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for Roblox platform issues, account problems, or disputes governed by Roblox's policies.

Limitation of Liability
